The uniFLOW client will automatically install on your device within roughly an hour of turning on the device and connecting it to the network. This will also add a Secure Print printer onto your device. You can print to this queue to print to any of the copiers which support badge scanning.
Initial Setup
1. Navigate to https://hcsd.us.uniflowonline.com and sign in with Google.
2. Enter your work email and sign in.
In addition to receiving an email with your PIN, you can also view it on your Dashboard by selecting the options button and View PIN:
3. Walk up to a copier and swipe your card.
a. The first time you swipe, the copier will ask you to register your card. Simply type in your PIN code from the above steps to register.
4. Once logged in, select the secure print icon:
The following options are available:
a. Print & Keep: prints the document and keep it in queue for printing later
b. Print & Delete: prints the document and deletes it
c. Print All: prints and deletes all documents in queue
d. Options: gives the ability to toggle 1-2 sided, color/bw, staple/no staple, etc.
e. Delete: deletes job(s) in queue
f. Select/Unselect All: selects/unselects all jobs in queue
g. Refresh: refreshes current jobs in queue
5. Select the appropriate option to print your job. Logout when complete.
Chrome OS users will have the Chrome extension available.
a. Select the uniFLOW icon in the extension tray:
b. Select Sign In and sign with your work account.
c. Print to the uniFLOW Online printer.
How to Scan to Google Drive
1. Walk up to any device within the network and swipe your card to login
2. Click the uniFLOW scan button:
3. Select Scan to Google
4. Place paper in document feeder or on scan glass, and select the scan icon or start button to scan.
a. A preview of the current scanned pages will appear for review prior to submission
b. You can insert additional pages through the document feeder or scan glass into one file prior to submission
c. Once your preview and settings are validated by user, then select the “Next” button to move to the final step
d. Simply hit Finish Scan once complete
How to Scan to Email
1. Login to any copier and select the Scan & Send button:
2. Select the Send to Myself button to quickly scan a document to yourself:
3. To send to another recipient:
a. Within the organization: select Address Book
i. Search by name and select recipient
ii. Apply any available options
iii. Start sending
b. Outside the organization: select New Destination
i. Type destination email address
ii. Apply any available options
iii. Start sending
